Contour & Calm
A dual-action facial massage treatment, combining lymphatic drainage and reiki. A one-off treatment is excellent for calming nerves, soothing anxiety and relieving insomnia, but if you are looking for cosmetic improvement, a course of treatments is recommended.

Treatments for people living with cancer
I have been fortunate enough throughout my career to have completed two training courses in how to adapt treatments for people living with a diagnosis of any type of cancer and at any stage of treatment and recovery.
In fact, research has shown that not only is massage from a specially-trained therapist safe for use with cancer patients but the benefits to their wellbeing are many and widespread.
