Massage is my passion. Out of all the treatments in which I am trained, massage is my favourite to perform, which I strongly believe comes through in the quality of the treatments. I am trained in numerous different massage techniques drawn from all over the world including, Europe, Thailand, China, India, Hawaii, Malaysia, Bali and even Australia (Aboriginal). Tips for getting the most from your massage:

  • Don't have unrealistic expectations; massage is to relaxing your muscles what going to the gym is to building them up - you need to do it on a regular basis to get real benefits.
  • Arrive on time so that you are not feeling stressed from a rushed journey.
  • Use my toilet so that you are comfortable on the bed and you're not wishing you'd gone before.
  • Communicate your body's needs to me and how you wish to feel at the end of the massage. The more you tell me, the better I can make it for you. Feel free to let me know during the massage if you would like the pressure changed or if you are uncomfortable etc. My mind reading skills are coming on, but I still find speech much easier!
  • If asked to turn over, do so nice and slowly or you'll ruin the relaxation in your muscles. Gaining those extra few seconds of massage with a speedy rollover is really a waste! The same goes for getting off the bed after - take your time.
  • Keep yourself nice and warm and drink plenty of water for the rest of the day. This will help your muscles to stay relaxed for longer and to flush any released toxins out of your bloodstream.
